Commune: instruction for exiting a false civilization
Introduction: the colossus on plastic legs
We live in a world commonly called «civilized». But if you look closer, modern capitalism resembles a huge colossus whose legs are made of plastic bags. We have neural networks capable of writing code and rockets that land on barges, yet an ordinary person still spends 90% of their life struggling to meet basic needs.
We see this contrast everywhere: the gleaming skyscrapers of state-backed corporations rise above the slums; mosques and temples stand where schools should be; and high technologies («high tech») instead of liberation bring only a new level of digital servitude and a poor quality of life («low life»). We pay a «survival tax» in the form of insane mortgage interest, crippling fees, and overpayments for things that break after a year.
Commune — this is our answer. It is not a utopia or a dream. It is a rational, mathematically calculated plan to create an alternative system that will gradually make the old model of exploitation simply unnecessary.

1. Intellectual armor: OpenEducation and Reactor
The first pillar of the old world — the monopoly on truth and the right to decide who deserves knowledge. We break it down through OpenEducation.
This is not just «online courses». It is a radically redesigned educational environment where AI-mentors possess infinite patience and resources.
- Example: our math course allows a child to master the path from basic arithmetic to integrals and matrices in just six years (from 8 to 14), instead of 11 years of school rote learning.
- Mechanics: a lesson becomes a living dialogue. Didn't understand a term? Press the «metaphor» button — the system will produce five analogies until the concept becomes clear.
When a person understands how the world works, they cannot be manipulated. And to prevent that understanding from drowning in informational noise, we created Reactor. This is our information field, protected from state censorship and advertising clutter. It includes «lenses» — configurable content filters that let you see only what matters to the cause, not what an algorithm wants to sell you.
---
2. Genetic code: The Law and soft power
The second pillar of the system — overcomplicated laws. We call this the «Roman legacy»: rules written so they can be circumvented if you have money.
In Commune, The Law applies. It fits on a sheet of notebook paper and is based on common sense.
- Axiom: «everything is allowed that does not cause direct, provable harm to another».
- Subsidiarity: decisions are made where the problem arises. You do not need to wait for approval from «above».
We do not fight the state openly — we use «adapters». These are legal interfaces, contracts that protect us externally while remaining transparent internally. If a dispute arises, neuro-arbitration comes to the rescue. An LLM system instantly analyzes the facts, refers to The Law, and proposes a resolution aimed at rehabilitation and reconciliation rather than revenge.

3. Social gravity: 3D Karma
How do you make the system work without police? We implemented a three-component reputation. This is your «social gravity» within the community:
1. Rating: an assessment of your contribution to knowledge (expires after a year; it cannot be accumulated forever).
2. Karma: the most important metric. Once a week, participants can give each other +1 or -1 with a required explanation. Reach -100? The system automatically excludes you.
3. Reviews: stars and text for specific actions and transactions.
In Commune, honesty pays. It is mathematics: loss of reputation means loss of access to community resources, and that is worth more than any money.
---
4. Economics of common sense: Anti-mortgage
The sharpest blow to the old system is our economic model. We call it «Apple for everyone»: premium quality at production cost.
The math of benefit:
In the old world, an apartment priced at 5 million will cost you 20 million with a mortgage. You pay for the bank's insurance and the developer's greed.
In Commune we buy assets into a common fund. The rent formula for a participant is simple:
Rent = Maintenance + Depreciation + % to the community budget.
You pay only for reality, not for air.
Our common goods:
- Housing and co-livings: a network of houses around the world. Move from country to country without deposits or bureaucracy.
- Transport: a shared fleet of reliable e-transport and equipment, designed by engineers, not marketers. No planned obsolescence.
- Production: we buy factories. Food, clothing, electronics — all at production price plus a small contribution to community growth.
This is a system with positive feedback: the more of us there are, the larger the budget, the cheaper our goods become, and the faster we grow.
---
Our plan: from islet to continent
Commune is an LLM-powered project. Technology allows a single participant to do the work of an entire department. We delegate routine tasks to machines to free people's time.
Stages of the journey:
- Digital basis: Reactor, OpenEducation, arbitration. You save money already at the subscription stage (for example, by using our gaming or educational services).
- Physical expansion: purchase of the first housing and transport. Creation of «viral well-being».
- Systemic reformer: when the quality of life in Commune becomes unreachable for the outside world, we will move to reforms on the scale of entire countries.
We do not ask you to «believe» or «hope». We invite you to stop paying the «tax on stupidity» of the current system. Joining Commune is simply profitable. More profitable than staying outside.
Enough propping up the colossus on plastic legs. It's time to put straw where the system will soon crack.
---
Call to Action:
- Learn The Law: understand the rules of the game.
- Act: use our tools, create your own hubs in Reactor, learn and teach, resolve conflicts quickly and fairly, propose ideas and your expertise.
- Subscribe: make your first contribution to the communal budget (at the moment everything is completely free).
Commune is not the end. It is a process. And we invite everyone (and you personally) to become part of it.
