Communes are renamed to Communities. The concept has changed: currently they're just communities by interest. Community members count and community to be member of limits are disabled. There's only one limit - you cannot be head of more than five communities in the same time.

Most probably, each community will gain its own hub in Reactor.

Existing communes are migrated to communities, commune pages has permanent redirect to respective community pages.
