Today the Reactor system of hubs and communities is simplified, now there's only hubs. Any hub can have master hub, currently maximum hierarchy depth is 10.

Existing communities are migrated to level 2 hubs, posts in communities are migrated to respective hubs, also community pages has permanent redirect to respective hub pages.
